No, It is possible to make a purchase through the web as a guest, without the need to create a user account in our online store.

However, for using the wishlist and registry you do have to create an account and login.

MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN REJECTED?

The data that we request for payment must match those of your card. A simple typo can result in the rejection of the operation, so we ask you to cover the payment form carefully. The credit limit may also have been exceeded or the card may have expired. Check with your bank before any doubt related to your card as a means of payment, if you have any questions you can always contact us.

WHAT STEPS SHOULD I FOLLOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

1. Choose the section and the category that you like.

2. Click on the item you wish to buy.

3. Select a size and add the item to the basket. You can then choose between 'Continue shopping' or 'Process order'. Keep in mind that to process your order, you have two options: you can register, or you can make the purchase as a guest.

4. You will have to enter your personal information, billing address, shipping address and select 'Enter'

5. Select a payment method. Enter the information and press 'Authorize Payment'. 

6. You will then receive an email confirming your order, and updates about your order status.

We offer Free Shipping for all our products and to all available shipping areas, as well as Standard Shipping, Express Shipping and Special Shipping.

  • Visit our Return Center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and as received condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
