Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines cannot be returned. Please note that products one of a kind, custom-made, customized, cannot be returned, exchanged nor refunded.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- One of a kind, custom-made, customized products.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Digital products
- Some health and personal care items (like toothbrushes and such)
- Sale Items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us first.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Bedsheets, Curtains, Pet Feeders, Pets Beds, Some Baby Items.
* CD, Kids clothes, clocks, cameras, Kitchen Utensils, vinyl record that has been opened and/or clearly used.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item that has been clearly used.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Only certain products need to be returned, one you ship back your product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
Items with the following conditions:
• Within 30 days from the date of purchase
• In unused condition
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned, refunded, nor exchanged:
• Gift cards
• One of a kind products
• Custom made, customized products
• Discounted items
• Downloadable software & Digital products
• Some health and personal care items (like toothbrushes and such)
• Perishable goods
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, damaged or broken, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
Yes. We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
• Refund to the original payment method
• Refund to store credit
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
