We want to do the best we can to keep you updated on our current situation as to how we are addressing COVID-19 in our operations.

Since we are a company that ships internationally it’s been difficult to maintain you updated, everything is changing so fast. Some Countries are Quarantined and shipping has been restricted. To these Countries we are deeply concerned and empathetic towards your situation.

We have adapted our store to these changes the best we can. Our main priority is health. Our online store will remain open, however, due to the current situation, we can not specify when your products will arrive. The interior design consultation services will only be provided online until further notice.

Since some places are having a national lockdown we won’t ship any item until the lockdown is lifted. We have established a new prepaid monthly payment option to put your items on hold until it is possible to ship. We will ship your package as soon as the lockdown is lifted.

Some products may be restricted to certain areas. If this is the case with your package, our team will contact you, you will receive a full refund of your product and shipping cost.
